Elite Diversified Construction Incorporated (EDCI) is a certified minority owned general contractor based in Knoxville, Tennessee.  We have provided high customer service by rendering excellent service, quality completed projects and competitive pricing for the last six (6) years.  Our vision is to provide quality and professional contracting services to the commercial industries, federal and state government entitities by maximizing the value of each construction dollar.  Our goals are to meet all expectations of our customers, live up to the ethical standards of our profession and play a positive role in rebuilding communities at large.

EDCI offers general contracting, project management, and interior finishes services.  A minority owned small business that started in interior finishes and in 2015, the company transition from just specializing in metal framing, drywall, and acoustical ceilings to general contracting services. In 2017 EDCI was accepted into the Small Business Administration’s 8(a) and HUBZone programs.
